As a courtesy, 24 hours prior to your appointment you will receive a confirmation for your scheduled appointment. For scheduling purposes a call back will be greatly appreciated. Please understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date, and time.
CANCELLED OR MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Appointments are reserved specifically for each guest. At the Salon we understand schedule adjustments may be necessary, therefore, the salon requests at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, or change. An appointment cancellation, or change less than 24 hours in advance, will be charged a 50% fee of the service(s) originally scheduled. Reoccurring cancelled, or missed appointments may require a deposit to secure an appointment.
NO CALL/NO SHOWS
Reoccurring no show/no call appointments will require a deposit to schedule all future appointments, or at the discretion of the Salon, refuse any future appointments.
CREDIT CARD REQUIRED
A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule any color appointment. We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or make changes to an appointment. In the case that 24 hours’ notice is not given for a cancellation/rescheduling, your credit card will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled. NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service that was scheduled.
TIMING YOUR APPOINTMENTS
The Salon request that a credit card be kept on file for all hair color appointments. At least 24 hour’s notice is required to cancel or make changes to an appointment. At least 24 hour’s notice must be given for a cancellation/rescheduling. If a guest does not contact the Salon in the appropriate time frame for cancellation/rescheduling, your credit card will be charged 50% of the original service(s) scheduled. No call/no show will be charged 100% of scheduled service(s). We value all our guests who wish to explore the Salon experience, and, our professional team of stylists are equally important, therefore, again, the salon will request that a credit card be kept on file.
It is extremely important that our guests have a great experience at the Salon. If a guest is unsatisfied with the service(s) provided, please notify the Salon within one week of the appointment. At that time, the Salon will make every effort to rectify the situation. However, the Salon reserves the right to not offer any refunds.
