We highly value all our guests who wish to experience our salon, we also prioritize the time and expertise of our team of professional stylists. Therefore we kindly request that a credit card be kept on file, per our cancellation and no show policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We highly value all our guests who wish to experience our salon, we also prioritize the time and expertise of our team of professional stylists. Therefore we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or modify an appointment. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged to your credit card on file. No call/no shows will incur a charge of 100% of the scheduled services.
POLICY FOR NO CALL/NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS
We highly value all our guests who wish to experience our salon, we also prioritize the time and expertise of our team of professional stylists. Therefore if you miss a scheduled appointment without giving 24 hours' prior notice, or cancel in accordance with our cancellation policy, your appointment will be treated as a no call/no show, and 100% of the cost of the scheduled services will be charged to your credit card on file. Additionally, you may be required to leave a deposit to schedule any future appointment.
CONFIRMATION CALLS
As a courtesy, 24 hours prior to your appointment you will receive a confirmation for your scheduled appointment. For scheduling purposes a call back will be greatly appreciated. Please understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date, and time.
REFUNDS
It is extremely important that our guests have a great experience at the Salon. If a guest is unsatisfied with the service(s) provided, please notify the Salon within one week of the appointment. At that time, the Salon will make every effort to rectify the situation. However, the Salon reserves the right to not offer any refunds.
